About Kathy 

​Kathy Williams, Transformational Coach, Speaker, and Yoga Therapist, who has taught energy work from across the world. 

Kathy loves giving and receiving the Facelift processes. After all, it is the reason that people tell her she looks younger than she did 5 years ago, and the benefits of the facelift go far beyond that. The process brings a sense of ease and calm — a respite from the hurried, overloaded life that most of us run. To see people emerge relaxed with faces glowing, is always a pleasure.

For over 20 years, Kathy has been sharing tools and techniques to empower people to move beyond physical & emotional pain and into lives of joyous possibility.  From new businesses & careers, to raises, from meeting a partner to creating a life, Kathy is a master at helping people get what they want.  With an international client base, her clients range from the very young to individuals in their 80’s. 

​Drawing on her depth of experience using the practical, effective tools and processes from around the world combined with ancient wisdom practices of breath, movement, and meditation, Kathy brings with her not only a wealth of knowledge but also her ebullient joy, kindness and uncanny ability to zero in on the most potent tool to apply to get the greatest result.   Experience a mini session here

Trained from an early age as a dancer and performer, Kathy spent many years perfecting her art and performed on stage in Europe and the US before leaving ballet in 2003.  

For years, Kathy worked toward her goal of dancing the principal roles in ballets such as Romeo and Juliet, and The Nutcracker.  When achieving these roles did not bring the happiness she had anticipated, Kathy began to reassess her life and her direction, and recognized the need for happiness in everyday moments — not as some future to be obtained.  Thus, she empowers clients with tools that they can use to access more ease and joy in every day, as they create lives beyond their imaginings. 
She facilitates classes & individuals across the globe.
